Snacks. An important thing to have in place when you look at your overall meal planning and eating goals.

And one thing that is really important to me when I’m planning snacks is variety. There was a time when I tended to have a short list of snacks that would come to mind during the day, and that’s just boring.

So I got more intentional and created a list with a great variety of snacks I love. This post is one of them!

Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites are my new favorite.

I’ve been using cauliflower a lot more in my kitchen. It’s become really popular for so many things like rice and pizza crust. Have you been using it more too?

Want some great ways to use cauliflower to replace some of your favorite carb-heavy comfort food. Check out this post.

And it’s a great thing that cauliflower is playing a bigger role in my meals and snacks. It’s good for you!

It’s a powerhouse nutritionally, and raw cauliflower is mostly water, which a lot of us could use more of.

It’s in the same family as broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, and kale. Those are some great relatives to have, right?

And lastly, it’s very versatile!

This recipe for Maple Sriracha Cauliflower Bites is a great example.

Cauliflower can also be cooked as a “cauliflower steak” like the image above. You can grill, roast, steam, boil, or pickle cauliflower. So have fun with it! (Want some tips on roasting veggies like a pro? Check out this post.)

Let me know – what’s your favorite way to enjoy cauliflower?
